Ronald Exconde – Turning Challenges into Opportunities

Born to hardworking Filipino immigrant parents, Ronald Exconde witnessed firsthand the struggles of trying to achieve the American Dream. His family faced financial hardships, unable to afford a home, living in apartments for years, and barely getting by. Watching his parents' sacrifices fueled his entrepreneurial spirit from an early age—at just 13 years old, he started buying and selling anything he could to create opportunities for himself.

The book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" sparked a fire in him, shaping his mindset toward financial freedom and business ownership. He carried this drive into a 13-year career as a barber, where he built a six-figure income, serving countless clients. But even with financial success, it wasn’t enough to support his growing family, his kids, his fiancée, and his parents. He knew he needed something bigger—a way to create lasting wealth and impact.

In 2024, he pivoted into real estate, dedicating himself to learning, networking, and mastering the industry. What started as a financial pursuit quickly became a passion for helping others. He founded Exconde Realty Solutions, not just as a business, but as a legacy—a brand built on honesty, transparency, and faith in God.
